Cody is honestly a total tool. And Jeff, he'll be your friend til the deal goes sour. Beware of this place. They are fake to your face. Cody lied and lied and I can do this, and yes I can do that and then oh, um yeah we can't do that. Shop here and buy from Cody, expect issues.

Overall great Experience! The team was able to make the repairs same day and squeeze us into their booked schedule. Initially we were told it might be 2-3 days. It turned out to be a quick fix and we got the car back before EOD.

Will tell you they're waiting for you to get approved (even I was pre-approved through Capital One and had info) then will sell the vehicle you wanted to their friends then call you& tell you that you were approved, and to come in as if to talk about the vehicle you wanted to buy, and tell you it was just sold when you arrive, and try to talk you into getting something more expensive. Monday was Christmas, and I went in yesterday (day after Christmas) so how did someone else get approved that quick?? Not to mention the day before Christmas someone answered the phone and lied like they didn't have the vehicle when I called the a few days prior. The manager Chuck is horrible and treats customers like he doesn't care if they buy anything or not. Don't do business with them....they are VERY DISHONEST!

Date of service 10/12 - picked up the car 11/2 - I delivered the Volt and said it might be a bearing, as I researched it online with exact same sound. I was called 1 day after dropping it off and was told its the transmission @ $6500 to repair! I called 2 other local dealers and they quoted $5500 to repair, and one suggested warranty assistance request. LeValley called back and suggested warranty assistance and then said they got approved for $4000 coverage so I'd have $2500 out of pocket. Great full for this but they said I must accept this or possibly lose the warranty offer if I go somewhere else. Then 1 week goes by, and a NEW transmission has been sent from the factory. Wahooo! But wait another week goes by and they call me and say it might be the bearing and this will save you money --- so it ends up being a bearing replacement and cost $2475 - yeah I saved $25!!!!! All the while I asked 3 separate times for a loaner car -HMMM maybe I might be interested in trading this expensive fix in? Maybe I might want to check out a different car --- but no, there aren't any loaners available. I cannot see myself going back to LeValley or with Chevy - I've spent enough of my hard earn money with Chevy - time to look at Dodge/Jeep and a dealership in Bridgman Siemens Chrylser as they have loaners available. Not to mention the rebates are outstanding right now. I bought this Volt in June 2013, yet the 'in use date' was 8/2012 (dealer car had 3,000 miles on at time of purchase) - so here I am thinking I'm ok with warranty as I'm under the 5 yr/100,000 but noooooo, then I get zapped with high cost repair and pitiful service. Every time I called and asked about status on car, I'd ask about a loaner car and the service dept was either 'swamped' with customers or 'under the weather - sick' but 'I'll check on a loaner car and get back with you' --- that never happened. I will agree GM can publish my response but I doubt that will happen.
