The prices were competitive for the product, however, the store charged an extra $70 for delivery and did not take the old mattress. Make sure you check into these two things before buying. If I would have asked, I would have gone elsewhere. On the plus side, there is a wide variety available.
Started out okay, but went downhill FAST! We bought a 5-piece table and chair set (4 chairs + 1 table) and 2 additional chairs. We asked if it could be held until we moved a couple of months later, which was no problem. However, when time came for delivery, they showed up with 5 chairs, not 6. Both the delivery driver AND the store clerk (when we called) told us repeatedly that we ordered 5, not 6 chairs. We explained that it was a “5” piece set, but that we ordered 2 additional chairs because there are 6 people in our family – not to mention 6 places at the table. THANK GOD I KEPT THE RECEIPT! The first line clearly shows the purchase of a “5” piece set, and the next line clearly shows the purchase of 2 additional chairs. All was well, problem resolved – or not. An hour later we got a call from the store manager questioning us about the 2 chairs, once again saying we only purchased 5. I was asked to take a picture of the receipt and email it to the store, even though they supposedly had a copy in the computer. We explained the whole thing again, and were told that the chair would be ordered, but that it would be another month. After more than a month with no word from the store, we called to inquire when the chair would arrive. The sales clerk told us there was a back-up at the manufacturer, and that they weren’t sure when it would be in. Fine, but it would have been nice to receive a follow-up call with that information. Instead, 30 minutes later, we received a call from the manager and were told AGAIN that we only ordered 5 chairs!!! SERIOUSLY?? After going through the whole explanation again, we were assured the chair would be in soon (even though we were told a month 30 minutes prior). We asked that they didn’t deliver it, but that they call us once it was assembled at the store and we would pick it up. When the day came to pick up the chair, my husband went to pick it up and the clerk brought out a chair that was scratched up and clearly NOT new. When asked about it, the clerk explained that the new chair had not yet been assembled and that this one was the floor model. My husband refused the chair, so the clerk brought out ANOTHER floor model – this one having a huge oil stain on the seat. Unbelievable! My husband left, telling the clerk to call him when the new one was assembled - as we had already requested previously. As my husband was driving away, he was chased down by the clerk who explained that the chair WAS there after all, but that he hadn’t been able to find it at first because someone had put it in the wrong spot. Every person we dealt with, from beginning to end, was completely incompetent and the customer service from even the managers was underwhelming. The whole incident is unfortunate because we bought a beautiful set and we love the way it looks in our home. God forbid we ever have to use the 5-year warranty plan we purchased. I will have the receipt under lock and key until then.
This was perfect. We came in looking for bunk beds, nightstands, dressers, and chairs. They have a great selection of chairs, recliners and sofas. Decent selection on everything else. We even found a nice futon. Prices were high(ish) but the service was decent. It falls somewhere between Art Van and Ashley Furniture. Nice stuff, not discount, but also not high-end. Only real downside was that they only deliver to our area once a week... on Wednesday :-/
We got furniture from this store in December. When our furniture was delivered the delivery guys were not professional and could be heard cursing outside my door with my children present. The reason they were upset is because they had to go up 5steps to get the furniture in, and they felt we should be charged more for having steps.They then brought it in and set it up and it was broken. We called and had to wait until March to have a guy come out to fix the issue, he came out and said it was fixed. When he left it was in worse condition than when he came. He even left and called the store and told them it was junk but had lied to us and said it was fixed. We purchased 2reclining love seats that go together. We also bought the warranty for it, to which they are trying to deny and say we did not purchase it. Our furniture was delivered broken and the other recliner love seat is also doing the same thing the other was. We have only had this furniture for 3months and had to have them come out to fix it after waiting all that time. They were supposed to replace the love seat and did not show up. This place is horrible. After getting the run around for months we still have broken furniture that was over 2000. I would never recommend this place to anyone they clearly don't care about quality or their customers. Think before you buy anything from this place..
Salesperson was very helpful and helped me find tbe right dresser with the right dimensions to fit the space in the room I was furnishing. Also, the salesperson even gave me an extra discount and helped me load up my vehicle. Excellent service.
