They got one star because zero stars was not an option. I wish they never closed the Niles store. I asked for 6 more days to pay my account balance off.( which is 175.00) the accounts manager at the benton harbor store is in my opinion I jagoff he would not work with me at all. Aaron's has lost a customer for life because of this Douche Bag.
Rude. The store besides the one lady is lucky they got 1 star. Only employee that does her job and more is the African American lady she always smiles and makes my visit better. They can work harder at allowing customers to make payment plans when times get hard.
