Called Sprint to cancel my service. Because where we move to they have no service at all. So they told me to go to the Benton Harbor, bring a copy of my new address that would be like a bill. So I did and the Benton Harbor store told me. They dont do that. That I would have to drive to Portage, Mi.. Just to show them a piece a paper with my new address..
I called sprint back and told them what the Benton Harbor store said.. They said that's not true. I can take it there. Well I am not driving an hour and a have to to show my new address. I will just mail it to them. Make copies of when I mailed.. Benton Harbor is freaked lazy. They don't want to do anything when it comes to helping a customer out. So they don't have to drive an hour and a half. They also told me that I can't make a payment. I would have to call sprints 1 800 to do that. What gives with this store.
Polite staff, the only complaint I have is it took forever to pay my bill due to the slowness of their computer.
Was told we would have great reception in the area - not. Was told our bill would be a lot let - not..... Waiting on two years to pass so we can go back to our previous carrier. :/

I live in Arkansas and my mom lives in Michigan!! On 2 occasions my mom had to go to the sprint store. So i called the store and both times she had a very nice young man named Demetrius!! He went ubove and beyond to help her!! Demetrius you ROCK!!! Seriously thanks so much for helping my mom!! I really don't know what i would have done!! ♡♡♡ You're pretty cool in my book!! ;)
