Haven't really had good luck with this store but will be trying the Kalamazoo store soon, hopefully the customer service will be a little more helpful
Friendly service, very little wait time. They helped me pick out a gift for my 6 year old nephew
I see a ton a reviews about "broken" games but if the read the back of the reciept it shows that you can return defective games within 30 days for a replacement. Ive used that policy hundreds of times. Ive been a loyal gamestop customer for years and will continue to be.
Friendly knowledgeable staff, games change frequently but collectables not so much.
Over priced staff are pushy and the knowledge they offer is mediocre.
