I love Lowe's at least you're not orange Like Home Depot the orange screws of my Tourette Syndrome but I really love those they're very helpful you press the buttons and they come immediately awesome
Carpet remnant that originally was $225 for 12 x 15 brand new for $60. Then got a remnant of same color for $.01. Yes a penny! for 12 x 10 because there was a small stain. . which can be cleaned. But instead of throwing it out I got it for a penny. I LOVE LOWES
We purchased a lawn mower here in April and it took forever. No one could answer simple questions. After we paid, we had to wait so long for someone to bring the key and booklets for the mower and unlock it outside. And they let employees park in front of the exit with more than an hour left before they even close. One was sitting in his truck talking to another employee. Right in front of the mower we were purchasing, which made it difficult to load the mower. Seemed like they don't care to make sales and no one seemed to even like there jobs. I've had plenty of good experiences here but i couldn't wait to leave that night. Won't be purchasing large items here again. Too much hassle.
What ever you do don’t fall extend warranty on thier cheap water heater. They will find away to not fix it. They send someone to my house who didn’t want to be and then lied about my water heater and then said that they would not pay for it. And refused to fix it and left with out telling me why. I had to spend hours on the phone just find out why he just left. After that I had spend extra time taking pictures to prove he lied. All this and I was without hot water for over a week. Right I still don’t have any.
Lowe's has just about everything you need for a home improvement project. This store is no exception to that. However, it is very hit or miss (mostly just miss) when you are "helped" by store employees. On one hand I've had very courteous cashiers wme rarely someone who lacked a warm countenance. On the other hand many of the workers act like I am inconveniencing them when I ask questions, or God forbid...a preference between on brand an another. The customer service section has been a nightmare. "Wait, so are you going to get the windows in the back that I special ordered?" No response. Again it is the idea that you are inconveniencing the employee. I got to this Lowe's because the things I need are here, but I would just as soon stop going if there was a Menard's around.
