There was a some miscommunication at my sign in. I spoke to a couple of employees about sign up before my initial sign up. From what I understood was that I had options, I could pay month to month or i could sign up for a whole year. I wanted a month to month being the i travel alot for work. Easy to fix right? Not without being treated like crap by the manager who was really friendly until she found out i wanted out of the contract. Michelle Duttlinger was outright sassy and unprofessional over the phone and in person. Trashy trailer park behavior.. never again..
