Absolutely disgusted with the Benton harbor location. 10 times in a row I went through the touch free wash and it broke with me in it EVERY SINGLE TIME.. Just went through the soft cloth and something in the track popped my tire (brand new jeep) and my tires were perfect before I went in. I pulled around to tell them and they blamed me, said I had a nail that fell out. I heard a pop in the wash so yea.. Now I am stuck paying to fix a tire and they get off free. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! How the heck can a business stay open with zero customer service. Never once did they try to make the car wash problem right, and now the tire. Shame on you sparkle!!
